RealWear Cloud.

We launched RealWear's first SaaS offering. RealWear Cloud cut onboarding from literally days of manual configuration, to just minutes. Removing heavy friction that was blocking use and scale.


A focus was put on 'user' first control, ultimately scaling DAU of devices in customer environments.


A Product led sales strategy was deployed enabling users to scale use of the products, while maintaining a sales led mechanics for this channel led business.

Worked with my team to launch the RealWear One mobile app for iOS and Android. Designed to enhance the functionality and user experience of RealWear's hands-free, voice-controlled wearable devices.


This app simplifies device setup through features such as scanning a QR code to configure network settings and establish connectivity in seconds.


RealWear One has driven successful onboarding growth by 27%. Leading to high level of user retention.
