I'm a people first, product leader with over 15+ years of experience based in Devon, UK. I prioritise people and have successfully led empowered teams in various B2B, B2C environments.


  • I specialise in growing products and teams from pre-product/market fit, through scale up using product-led and sales-led growth methodologies.


  • In my previous roles, I've led the transformation of B2B hardware-only businesses into user-centric, SaaS-enabled models, driven discovery for emerging technologies like generative AI, and built strategic roadmaps for complex international products. I’ve been hands-on in launching products from zero to one and have consistently driven high NPS scores by creating products that users love.

Working in a contract position providing fractional strategic services. Working with the business leadership to help build a growth strategy for their B2C product in the pet food sector.

RealWear, Vancouver,  Washington, USA.

Senior Director of Product.

Led the product team responsible for software and platforms at RealWear developing a long term strategy for success.


I worked across business units to develop a strategy and roadmap for integrating RealWear's first SaaS offering into an existing hardware business to drive increased revenue. Also delivering an App Marketplace that integrated 100's of 3rd party apps.


I also focused discovery work on the use of generative 'voice first' AI, and the integration of RealWear devices with Microsoft's AI eco system.


My key focus has been on drivers to enable product success by aligning functional groups such as sales, Engineering, Marketing, and Finance to deliver customer goals and needs.


What's involved:


  • Growing and coaching a team of Product Managers to support our market efforts.
  • Long-term product strategy and shorter term roadmap development and execution, alongside our Engineering Managers.
  • Showing and growing the business value of our software platforms and partnerships, both with internal teams as well as customers.



2019-2022

SimplyVideo, Remote, UK.

Chief Product Officer and Co-Founder.

Led, built, and structured the Product, Engineering, and Marketing teams from zero to a 28+ team in 18 months. Delivered zero to one design and product specifications to engineering management to build a mixed reality collaboration platform that helped frontline workers solve problems faster than ever before in the industrial workplace.


What was involved:


  • Zero to One Product design
  • Customer insight mapping to inform product requirements.
  • Long-term product strategy and shorter term roadmap development and execution, alongside our Engineering Managers.
  • Built & mapped the Go-to-Market function
